your home. We will photograph the property in two ways. First, we take the beauty shots for our website and additional marketing efforts. Second, we take security photos. These are detailed photos of every inch of the home that are kept on file as a reference for our team in properly managing your home.

Financial Analysis
We will do market research to establish a rental rate that we will suggest to you that we believe will best position your property within the market. Avocet looks at the competition and like-properties to identify what an appropriate rate would be to maximize your revenue and occupancy.
