Marketing & Advertising Exposure - Avocet is committed to spending the necessary resources in order to expose both your home and Folly Beach to as large an audience as possible. Vacationers can not book your home if they don’t know about it. Our comprehensive plan includes:
- Internet-based exposure through our website and others such as the Charleston Area Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Cyberrentals & VRBO, to list a few.
- Annual vacation guide with separate listings for each home mailed to all previous and potential guests
- National advertising in publications such as USA Today, New York Times & Southern Living
- Regional advertising in 13 newspapers that comprise our target markets, such as South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio, Georgia, Kentucky and Virginia
Revenue and Expense Management - At your request, we will be happy to take care of all your monthly house bills, such as utilities, telephone, cable TV, lawn care, pest control, etc... and simply deduct them from your rental revenue.
We will provide you:

- Detailed accounting of all expenses with invoices

Housekeeping/Maintenance - Avocet provides management and oversight of a professional housekeeping and
maintenance staff to insure your guests arrive at a clean, well-maintained home.
